PISTA SKI

I am Françoise Béguin. I am a professional skier and the inventor of the PISTA SKI program. I am a national graduate of ENSA, School of Ski and Mountaineering of Chamonix, ski instructor for 25 years in ESF and World Champion in Speed Skiing.

 

In 1997, I was invited by the PISTA Research team to develop PISTA Ski Program. PISTA is developed over 45 years of research using sound technology to regulate emotions.

 

PISTA Ski is a form of brain entrainment using sound frequencies to master skiing in all terrains.
